My biggest strength is my curiosity and that has made me a master of asking 'why?' Curiosity is what drives me, making me want to learn more every day, learn more about everyone around me, and how I can adjust in any way to make sure they feel more comfortable but also perform the best. I don't see problems, I see solutions. I believe that every problem has more than one solution to it, and every problem is unique like an adventure to me, always striving to find the most efficient and creative solution to the problem. With a lot of hard skills in my back pocket I'm currently focusing on improving my soft skills and leadership at Hyper Island.
